A few of our customers have had issues connecting to Paypal's payment area. If you are experiencing this same issue (illustrated in the image to the right), please follow the instructions below, as it may be related to a bug between the Internet Explorer browser and Paypal's secure payment system. If you continue to have issues, please contact us and we will arrange and alternative form of payment.
Open your Internet Explorer browser and select Help from the toolbar.
Select About Internet Explorer.
On the About Internet Explorer window, you will be given a version number and a cipher strength (encryption rate)
If your cipher strength is less than 128-bit, please click the Update Information link. This will direct you to the Microsoft web site to upgrade your browser.
Also important:
Open Internet Explorer and choose Tools then Internet Options
Click the Advanced tab, scroll to the bottom of the scroll window.
Ensure that Use SSL 2.0, Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 place a check in the checkbox next to each of these options.
Click APPLY to save these settings, close the browser and re-open.
