Delivery/Shipping Policy

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Express Shipping and Handling

Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Express delivery to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Returns and Exchanges by Mail:

It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

Do not wear or wash your garment. Do not take the tags off or remove the label.
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
Print out a pre-paid UPS return shipping label.
Affix your UPS return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
Take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location.
